Desiree Gross is a skilled professional in accounting, payroll and administrative services. With over 5 years of accounting experience and over 10 years of bookkeeping experience, Desiree has a passion for organizing financials and maintaining the ease of day-to-day operations for her clients. Desiree assists executive teams with a variety of tasks from administration and software implementation to financial decision making and tax compliance. Desiree is delighted to contribute a friendly, organized, and collaborative mindset to each team. In 2023, Desiree earned a Master’s degree in Taxation from Villanova University, married her high school sweetheart and moved to the city of Richmond, VA. Outside of the home office, Desiree is enthused by community events, local arts and reading fiction.
